Kenna Pomeroy-Zakrzewski, APSW, CSAC

I am a Social Worker who LOVES being a Social Worker! Helping you feel comfortable, respected, and valued is very important to me. I have been a Social Worker for numerous years and have worked in Chicago, Milwaukee, and now the Kenosha area. I work with both adults and children. When working with children, I incorporate art and play techniques into our sessions. I am licensed to work with people struggling with both mental health and/substance abuse issues. As a Therapist, I have experience working with clients that have had struggles with PTSD/Trauma, Depression, Anxiety, and other major diagnoses. Your issues are unique and personal. I want to help you work through your issues in the most non-judgmental and supportive ways possible.

Everyone has a unique story and history that I will value and respect. We will work as a mini-team together to help you face your struggles and find your inner strength to deal with them. Working with you and your issues will come from a positive psychology and strengths-based approach to provide the best care for you or your child. In my spare time, I love to quilt, play in the flower garden, and be with my husband and two rescue dogs. I also do seminar presentations from time to time. I love to keep learning and keep on top of information in myfield. Let's meet and talk about you and your own story!
